Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "The Company" refers to Car Park Golf Limited (trading as "Car Park Golf"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16513163), which provides golf simulator facilities and services.

  • "The Guest" refers to the individual who made the booking and any invitees or other participants included under that booking.

These Terms apply to all bookings and the use of Car Park Golf's simulators and facilities. By making a booking, Guests agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Bookings and Fees

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking online or in person.

  • The Company reserves the right to reject any booking at its discretion.

  • All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

  • Provisional bookings are not confirmed until full payment is made.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking or refuse entry due to unpaid fees, failed payments, or policy violations.

3. Guest Entry and Simulator Use

  • Each Guest may bring up to three (3) additional participants unless a different arrangement has been approved in advance.

  • The named Guest must be present for the entire duration of the booking.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.

  • Booking times and operating hours are subject to change without notice.

  • Entry to the facility is by access code provided at booking confirmation.

  • If the Guest arrives more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled without a refund.

  • Coaching or lessons are not included unless explicitly offered as part of the service.

  • Use of the simulators is at the Guest’s own risk, and Guests are responsible for their behaviour and that of their invitees.

  • Proper attire and appropriate footwear are required.

  • Any form of disruptive, discourteous, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Cancellation Policy and Credit

  • Guests may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • If properly cancelled, a credit equal to the session value will be added to the Guest’s Car Park Golf account and may be used for future bookings.

  • Where a Public Health Emergency or similar disruption prevents use of the facility, a credit will also be added to the Guest's account.

  • If any payment is not completed, the Company reserves the right to restrict access or cancel future bookings.

  • The Company may cancel a booking without prior notice for non-payment or frequent late payment.

5. Damage and Liability

  • Guests are liable for any accidental or deliberate damage to Car Park Golf equipment or property caused by themselves or their invitees, excluding standard wear such as ball and tee damage.

  • The Company and its staff shall not be liable for any personal injury occurring on-site except where caused by the Company's proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • The Company is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on the premises.

  • All participation is at the Guest’s own risk. Injuries must be reported to the Company immediately.

6. Health and Safety

  • By booking, the Guest confirms that all participants are physically fit to safely use the facilities.

  • If in doubt, medical advice should be sought before participating.

  • Guests who are unwell or have contagious conditions must not use the facility.

  • Familiarity with fire exits and evacuation procedures is required. In an emergency, Guests are responsible for evacuating safely and following instructions. Car Park Golf personnel are not required to conduct searches of the premises.

7. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, store, and use your information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints or concerns:

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
